• Figure 1 indicates the placement of the Notes icon in the upper-left corner of the PDF file.
• Figure 2 illustrates the "Presentation Notes" pop-up box with vertical scrollbar which can be accessed by clicking the Notes icon (rather than merely hovering over the icon).
