Effective October 15, 2014, the North Carolina State Laboratory of Public Health (NCSLPH) will combine the HIV lab results website with the clinical lab results website and will no longer require a separate account for looking up HIV test reports. Please see the memo included in your most recent lab report mailing or the NCSLPH website the week of October 13th for more information on the transition.
