Finance Committee Charge

1. Identify creative but achievable strategies to develop and sustain funding for the public health infrastructure (accreditation, accountability, workforce preparedness, information technology, and organization) at a level sufficient to achieve improved health outcomes and eliminate health disparities.
2. Identify legislation and rules necessary to develop and sustain adequate public health funding.
3. Identify key partners necessary to help achieve adequate, sustained funding for North Carolina’s public health system.
